Provide 100+ care kits with essentials like socks, hygiene items, snacks, and water to distribute during weekly street outreach across Vancouver and surrounding cities. (Each kit costs around $15 to assemble.)

Partner with local kitchens or caterers to provide warm, freshly cooked meals for weekly distributions. (Feeds 300–400 people per month at roughly $5 per meal.)
